If are not satisfied with your item, you may return your item with in 14 days from date of purchase. Once we recieve the item you will be refunded the full purchase price. If item was on sale when you bought it, you will be refunded the sale price.
If the item is broken or otherwise damaged when you recieve it. Take a picture of it and email it to sanfordmassageandwellness@gmail.com and state weather you would like a refund or if you would like us to send you a replacement item. If the item becomes damaged with in 14 days after you have recieved it, take a picture and email it to sanfordmassageandwellness@gmail.com and state weather you would like a refund or replacement item. If item becomes damaged after 14 days no refund or exchange is offered.
