With over 20 years of experience in massage and bodywork, I bring a deeply personalized approach to every session. At Sanford Massage & Wellness, I specialize in Integrative Massage Therapy — a custom treatment that blends a variety of techniques and tools to support your body’s healing and wellness.

Each session is uniquely tailored and may include cupping (stationary and dynamic), heated Graston Technique, targeted stretching, Cool Laser with ESTEM, and Reiki, depending on your individual needs. Whether you're managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply looking to relax and reset, my goal is to help you feel better in your body — every single time

With 6 years of experience, Pearl is passionate about helping clients achieve optimal wellness through the power of massage therapy. Specializing in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, she incorporates stretching techniques to release tension and enhance flexibility. Pearl is also a Reiki II Practitioner, having learned the art of energy healing from Shellie, the owner. Her ongoing exploration of Reiki and energy work deepens her ability to support her clients' overall health and balance.

Pearl’s primary focus is to provide a relaxing, rejuvenating experience that leaves you feeling like a brand new person. She takes great pride in her work and is dedicated to ensuring that each session meets your unique needs. Pearl looks forward to welcoming you and helping you unwind, heal, and feel your best.

This opportunity is ideal for:

  • Therapists with an existing client base

  • Newly licensed therapists who want guidance building a thriving practice

What’s Included:

  • Fully furnished room: massage table, chair, lighting, décor

  • Shared break area & client waiting area

  • Utilities, Wi-Fi, and professional environment included

Therapist Provides:

  • Your own linens & laundry

  • Oils, creams, tools & modalities you use

  • Your professional liability insurance

Support Available:
For therapists who are just getting started, I offer free coaching and mentorship. With over 20 years of experience running a successful massage practice, I am happy to help guide you in:

  • Client building and retention

  • Pricing strategies

  • Scheduling systems

  • Marketing, branding & professionalism

Rental Options:

  • Full-Time: 4 or more days per week

  • Part-Time: Available as two separate rentals, minimum of 3 days/week per therapist
