I chose the name -Sanford Massage & Wellness because I want to incorporate other modalities with massage therapy to help our clients on their path to a happier, healthier life style.  As my practice grows I want my clients to be able to grow with us.  By offering other health and wellness modalities, workshops and classes to help our clients achieve all their health and wellness goals.  

 

I have the training to assess what a client needs, if you need traditional massage and soft tissue manipulation or a heated modality like hot stone or bamboo fusion massage.  If you need work on an emotional or spiritual level, like Reiki and Gemstones, I can help.

 

My technique involves myoskeletal alignment, stretching, Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Trigger points, Cupping, Graston Technique, and Gua Sha, as well as using energy work to help you achieve your goal.  Sometimes I may recommend a Reiki session to help move energy blocks and relieve stress.

 

As a certified Clinical Aromatherapist I can help you bring balance to your life with essential oils, weather we use them in your massage oil or on specific areas during your massage or if you want a full aromatherapy analysis to see what oils would be beneficial for your specific issue and how to use them. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist with the state of Maine since 2006.  Certified in Clinical Aromatherapy (CA) from The Australasian College of Health Sciences and trained in several modalities including Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Chair Massage, and Fibromyalgia Massage, Bamboo Fusion Massage, CPR and First Aid.  I am also a Reiki Master/Teacher.
