Flexible Rental Options

Two-Week Trial

Start with your first two weeks rent-free so you can get settled and begin building your clientele.

New Therapist Success Plan

For the following two months, rent is based on a percentage of the income you earn while you establish your practice.

Standard Weekly Rent

Part-Time (1–3 days/week): $150 per week

Full-Time (4–7 days/week): $300 per week

This graduated approach allows you to focus on growing your business before transitioning to standard rent.
